It's close to red tea. The fragrance of barley is on the light side. Regardless, it's nice as a cold summer drink.

Followed the directions on the package for cold brew, and it’s so easy and delicious.

I drink the tea instead of tap water

Add one packet of tea in a gallon water bottle. Place in the fridge overnight. It makes great barley tea. My family love this.

good taste, just a normal barley tea. definitely use these satchets for larger quantities of water, or reuse them multiple times for smaller quantities. my only complaint is i wish the satchets had a tag/string; it's a little annoying to fish out the satchet, but that's no big deal.
