Best Hamachi in the States! We love eating as sashimi. look at the color!!

The premium yellowtail arrived frozen, so I thawed it in ice water before making sashimi, and then enjoyed it as delicious hand-rolled sushi.

Looks decent, but unfortunate that they charge the same price whether you get 1.2lb or 1.65--mine was just at 1.21.

First of all it was left at my neighbor's door. The ad said the fish would be from Korea but it says product of Japan.

HUGE portion for the money. Clean taste and smell. Does not smell briney or fishy. Listed as a product of Japan. Even with the dishes shown I still had half left.

I always pickup a fillet or two when I have a sushi/ hand roll night! It’s always fresh and taste delicious!

Ok size good quality

I love making hamachi sashimi with this cut. The loin is huge and easily feeds many people. The hamachi is very tender and not fishy at all. No bones found ever. I like to eat it with ponzu, wasabi and jalapeno.
