These shrimp aren't very big, but they're fresh and sweet, and the shrimp heads have some delicious roe.

The shrimp were large and delicious. I portioned them out myself into plastic bags, two or three at a time, so I could enjoy sashimi to my heart's content.

24 frozen spot prawns in a box. It was really nice to be able to make amaebi sushi for substantially less than you’d pay for it at a restaurant.

Not very fresh, a lot of them are very mushy after cooking. Some are ok, but most of them as mushy and falls apart. Probably wouldn’t buy again, better to buy the live ones - taste so much better.

Not bad. They sent one to try thawing; the meat was snow-white and smooth. It doesn't quite taste like live shrimp, but the advantage is that you can thaw it whenever you want to eat it, and the price is relatively reasonable.

first time purchase to try. happy with the the quality. although it doesn’t taste as good as fresh ones. a box comes with about 26 counts medium size. boiled in ginger water for 7 mins. shrimp mesh is fresh but a bit flaky. most likely due to frozen. once in a while maybe purchase only if on sale.
