Out of several salmon flakes available, I chose the one with the simplest ingredients (no additives). The result was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. Since there's quite a lot, I transferred some to a container and stored the rest frozen in a Ziploc bag. I should be able to enjoy it for a while.

This is my first time ordering smoked salmon and I'm looking forward to it.

This is not a complaint; it's a suggestion. I only realized this after receiving the product, but the label says "Maple bourbon smoked salmon flakes" in red letters on a blue background. I think it would have been better to mention "maple bourbon" in the product description to avoid any problems later on. Also, I am colorblind, so red is very difficult for me to see, and I hardly noticed it in the product description.

I bought it because it was a generous portion and felt like a good deal.
