Surasang Morangak Spicy Cold Noodle with Seasoned Pollack (Bibim Nangmyun) 680 グラム

The product was supposed to arrive frozen, but it was completely at room temperature when I received it. I even stayed home to make sure I could open it right away, but it was already thawed. Very disappointing.

Love this brand for Korean cold noodle (bibim naengmyun); unique from other brands, it comes with spicy seasoned pollack and the pickled radish toppings which are both delicious. The sauce is sweet spicy and the buckwheat noodles have a good chew. Two separate noodles/sauce portions but the toppings come as one bag each. Perfect for warm weather or any day when you just want a quick meal.

My favorite raw fish cold noodles

It tastes just like a proper restaurant meal. I don't think there's any need to go to Morangak!

I can't find any raw fish no matter how hard I look. Is it called raw fish noodles?

It had a really refreshing balance of spicy, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors. The noodles were chewy and satisfying, and the seasoned pollack added a nice savory texture with just the right amount of kick. Everything mixed together really well without feeling too heavy. Definitely a great choice if you enjoy cold noodles with bold flavor and spice.

Love these Korean noodles and how they’re packaged. I ordered the non-spicy ones in the past but had to try these since they were on sale. Can’t wait!

It's okay - easy to make and I added an egg The noodles and spicy sauce are good - next time I'd prob just do that. The radish was okay but I didn't like the pollack added. Would prob just leave it out next time. It isn't the most traditional taste from when I buy in store but again just okay
