I made sea urchin bibimbap. There are 5 sea urchins, each about the size of a finger. It is enough for 2-3 people in my household. It was so delicious when I ate it with "rice + perilla leaves + seaweed + perilla oil + (optional: avocado) + seasoned soy sauce."

It arrived well-frozen! Since it's frozen, the aroma is naturally less intense, but it's nice to be able to enjoy it comfortably at home. I ordered the sea urchin pasta, and it yielded a 2-serving portion.

I don't know why the great reviews for such highly priced item - I had higher hope and this turned out to be fishy and not creamy
