Easy yummy and quick

You can eat it after heating it in the microwave, but it tastes better when grilled, so I keep buying it again.

This is always so flavorful and a really quick easy meal. I just put it in the air fryer and it’s delicious.

My favorite mackerel. No smell and very flavorful.

These fish are wonderful in as they are marinated in mirin and baking them is easy since they are prepared already.

Please don’t ever run out of these. Just put in another order for more. The only photo I took of this. Could look better lol Perfect breakfast over rice, some soup, and veggies if you have. Cooks up easily/quickly. Keeps you going for hours yet light enough to be able to work. Tried both mirin and miso. Miso is the one I enjoy more but both are amazing 💕
