I received the beef frozen so I placed it in my freezer for another week. The night before cooking it, I left it out to thaw but then it had the strangest smell, like sulfur or dirt? and the colors on it were gray and spotty. I think the beef was spoiled before it was frozen. Be aware if you do choose to order.
