I made mentaiko pasta.

The roe is plump and fresh. It's not too salty, just perfect. I didn't expect much, but I'm satisfied.

Arrived frozen in an ice bag. Didn't open because I want to keep sealed until I'm ready to use but the other items in the bag seemed frozen enough.

I had 명란 with seaweed both I ordered from weee!! And it’s really fresh. I love it.
