Norwegian mackerel has been consistently out of stock lately, and the price keeps going up, so I just bought this big bag. Even though it's a Korean brand, I figured the nutritional value should be about the same, right? I'll make a few cuts on the back of the fish, marinate it with a little salt, sugar, cooking wine, and white pepper, then bake it in a small oven at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes. It'll be delicious and won't smell fishy at all.
