I was very surprised how meaty and hearty the bones were. I bought them from here because the price was so much better than the grocery store. I was worried about ordering meat living in the desert. But it came frozen solid and very fresh. I made Gamjatang, a hearty, spicy Korean pork, neck bone soup. Everyone in the family liked it.

surprised it's a Kurobuta..very good price and the cut of each peice is cut well. if it turns out well and no smell, will buy this again.
