The Ikura was very good & a lot more than I expected. I divided it up into three portions and froze the rest. Will buy it again soon!

Love the ikura, it's my absolute favorite ! It never disappoints

The product is very good but the shipping is hit or miss. Most items still OK but the most delicate items such as the ikura and uni arrived cool but mostly thawed. Must use right away because it would be unsafe to refreeze to use on another date. Ordered this for a sushi party next week so this is very disappointing. Should have been shipped with dry ice like the last time instead of the gel packs.

Great quality even though it’s frozen. The marinade is not too salty. Though this batch was not as firm and bouncy as others, it was still great.

Comes frozen so you need to plan accordingly to have it defrosted timely. Delicious!

It came mostly frozen but a small amount had thawed out so I scooped the thawed portion out to eat right away and put the rest in the freezer. Looks legit, tastes legit. It’s pricey but still beats any sushi restaurant or grocery store price for ikura. I would totally get it again for a sushi party. Since it’s frozen in a block I think it would be hard to portion out smaller portions for slow eating with just 1-2 people.
